- Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately at mobiicareharidwar@gmail.com with your order number.
- If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Refund for Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Conditions:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Send clear photos/videos of the damaged product and the packaging to mobiicareharidwar@gmail.com for verification.
- The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging along with the invoice.
Refund Process:
- Once the damage is verified by our team, we will initiate a refund or replacement.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:
- Damage caused due to misuse or mishandling.
- Return request made after 7 days of delivery.
- Missing original packaging or invoice.
- Return Shipping
- If the product delivered is damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost.
- In case a pickup is not serviceable in your area, we may request you to ship the product and reimburse the courier charges.
