Video & Photo Proof Required for Defective / Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a defective, damaged, broken, missing, or wrong product from Mobiicare, you must share a clear unboxing video and product photos with our support team.

The unboxing video must be recorded from the start of opening the parcel and should clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The shipping label / order details
  • The complete product received
  • The defect, damage, missing item, or wrong product issue

Customers must share the unboxing video and product photos within the applicable return/replacement period. Refund, return, or replacement requests will be accepted only after our team verifies the submitted proof.

If the customer is unable to provide a clear unboxing video and photos, the refund, return, or replacement request may not be approved. In such cases, the refund and return policy will not be applicable for defective, damaged, missing, or wrong product claims.

Mobiicare reserves the right to reject any claim if the submitted proof is unclear, incomplete, edited, invalid, or does not properly show the issue.

  1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately at mobiicareharidwar@gmail.com with your order number.
  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  1. Refund for Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Conditions:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Send clear photos/videos of the damaged product and the packaging to mobiicareharidwar@gmail.com for verification.
  • The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging along with the invoice.

Refund Process:

  • Once the damage is verified by our team, we will initiate a refund or replacement.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

  • Damage caused due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Return request made after 7 days of delivery.
  • Missing original packaging or invoice.
  1. Return Shipping
  • If the product delivered is damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost.
  • In case a pickup is not serviceable in your area, we may request you to ship the product and reimburse the courier charges.
